Spotted on Wyandotte: A surprize charge (that I was not informed of) appeared on my bill. It was $2.50 for 'splitting' the order into separate containers. When I asked why, the Employee said, "You called me. That's what it is." I mentioned that this had never been charged to us before in previous visits. When I asked what it paid for he told me it was for the container. When I told him a second container doesn't cost $2.50 he told me it was because he more sauce for the same number of wings. When I told him I could have ordered two separate orders and not one large one, that the same amount of sauce is used whether it's two orders or one big order he told me, "If you don't like it. Don't call here. Go somewhere else." Surprised by his manners I then asked, "Are you willing to lose a regular and local customer for $2.50?" His reply was "Bye."
I was shocked at his willingness to offend the customer in an economic climate such as ours! I've since found a local location that will be: honest about the bill upfront and knows how to speak politely to customers.
My uncle lost his wedding band in the area of Huron line and tec road west near the Tim hortons. He is very upset and would love to get it back. If found pls contact me thank you :)
To the guy who paid for my order today at the timmies drive-thru. Today was my day to buy for the office and the order was just under $10.00 and you paid it. I was so surprised, I bought for the car behind me, I tried to pull up next to you to thank you but you got lucky and made it through when the light was still green. So to you Mr White Dodge Ram, thank you for putting a smile on my face this morning. It's like you knew that I needed a pick me up, I hope I see you again in a drive-thru so i can get you back :P
Truck driver puts his lit smoke in hood of truck while parked at gas station (walker rd& North Tabot). Dangerous (to everyone around) and totally disgusting you put it back in your mouth...ugh!
Monday, February 3rd between 11:30am and 1pm.
I was grocery shopping at the Zehrs on Tecumseh and Lauzon with my cousin. I was too busy talking about cake when you walked by us the first time.
The second time, I moved our cart out of the way so you could go by in the tea isle. You said "thanks". I replied "no problem".
I have the dark hair, leather jacket and glasses. You had the nice smile, leather jacket, buzzed haircut that is just starting to show some silver. We're guessing late 20's, early 30's.
If this is you, give me a shout.
Thanks.
Thank you to the kind man who took his time to review his dashcam and taking the time to come back to my work on Princess and Tecumseh to give me the licence plate number of the jerk who decided to swerve and hit a puddle to purposely soak me while i was outside taking photos of cars for my job on Saturday, you have been appreciably spotted :) & To the jerk who thought it was funny to purposely swerve and hit that puddle, even though you soaked me I was able to save my bosses expensive camera, I could've called the cops and have you charged but I believe in karma, I hope you got a good laugh, cause I was smiling just as much when that kind man came in with your licence plate number and reminded me even though jerks like you exist there is still good in this world :) you've been spotted :) thank you again.
Spotted at the Tec. Rd E Harveys -
Kudos to the staff here after having to endure the harassment and vulgarity spewed forth by a customer who made a scene this afternoon in front of me, my family members and other patrons. You guys kept your cool and "made it right" for her - I would have asked her to promptly leave the establishment. She obviously wasn't getting enough attention today, hasn't learned how to behave herself in the "grown up" world, and decided that trashing you guys loudly, rudely and unjustifiably was the right thing to do. We were disgusted by her behavior - and she continued to be loud and disruptive throughout our meal. You guys, on the other hand, handled the situation as professionals. Good job handling a bad situation Harvey's Guys..
