Dear Teachers of all elementary and secondary schools;
I am a supply teacher and I love coming to your school. I am eager to assist in whatever capacity and am more that happy to help you if you need anything .what bothers me though is not being acknowledged by you when I greet you in the hallways, in the lunchroom, photocopy room you even came into my room one day and didn't even knock or say hello. My goodness, some of you can be pretty rude. I am visiting your home and most times, you do not make me feel welcome at all. You are mentoring and working with vulnerable students, so please, teachers, mind YOUR manners!
I was at food basics tonight. I was getting milk, while in the fridge I noticed the tops of the bags were really wet. I also noticed mildew smell. I looked further into the back of the fridge behind the milk and there was black mold all over the back wall of the fridge.
Today (march 18), I experienced a punctured tire as I was driving on Dougall. I pulled into Paradise Bingo as it was the closest place to park my car. I called my uncle to come and help change my spare but he gave me an estimate of half an hour before he could debut his rescue. Because I was in a rush to get my grandmother to her doctor's appointment, I thought I'd ask one of the men standing outside the bingo. One gentleman told me that he had no time as he was just about to begin his cards. I thanked him regardless and sat back in my car. About 5 minutes later, the same gentleman knocked on my window and agreed to help me. I was so grateful for his kind heart. He told me he had bad knees, and even so, he still worked meticulously on my car for about a half hour. He told me his name was Don and that he was from Belleriver. After he was done, I tried to pay him but he just wouldn't accept my money. He told me to use it to help someone else. So I just want to say thank you Don from Belleriver for helping a girl out. I am so thankful for kind hearted people like you. I will find a way to pass on your good deed.
to the complete stranger who spotted my blown and smoking tire on EC row, honked to get my attention, led me to a safe exit and then CHANGED my tire for me... you have been SPOTTED! good karma is headed your way, thanks for the kind act.
hey guys i was wondering if you could post a status in an attempt to help find my missing dog.
He is an grey Italian Masitf named Izzy (or Isadore). He was last seen in the Malden park / hill area at 3:30 pm this afternoon when he was not in my back yard. I found my other dog that had also got away at Malden Hill but was unable to find Izzy.
