To those people out there shopping for the perfect Christmas gift....a puppy
To the many people out there who are thinking that a puppy for Christmas will be the perfect gift, please stop to reconsider. Puppies are a wonderful addition on Christmas morning, however puppies grow very quickly into dogs long after December 25th. Puppies require your time, dedication and loyalty to ensure that they have the chance to grow into a well-behaved member of your family. Puppies are not meant to be disposable come February/ March when the novelty has worn off & you decide that you have had enough. If you have given the issue a lot of thought and a puppy is right for your family at this time, I wish you many years of happiness with your four legged family member, however if getting a puppy is a spontaneous decision, please stop and reconsider a smaller pet that does not require as much work. The humane society has many smaller animals, such as birds, bunnies, cats & even lizards that are looking for a forever home.
Just my thoughts….Merry Christmas & Happy Holidays from a dog owner

Spotted: To all three my neighbors in the East end! I can't even come close to how thankful I am to have all of you! For some reason or another our snow blower was not starting, So my husband and I were shoveling by hand for the third time that day. In the morning the one neighbor with a snow blower just began doing our driveway without even asking as well as the other two, thank you so much for cleaning the sidewalks as well as the road! We need more, such generous people like you in Windsor! Thank you so much. And for this you have most definitely been Spotted!
Sincerely, The woman who can't start a snow blower.
Spotted : Thank you to the very kind neighbor who shoveled are ridiculously long driveway last night while we weren't home. My husband was gone all day, I had a very long day at work, a very scary drive home and I was very worried I wouldn't be able to get into my driveway. you can imagine my joy when I pulled up to see my driveway completely shoveled and very easily accessible thank you so much you made this girl's night!!!!
Thanks from one very greatful neighbour!!!
Thank you to the lady and man who helped push the purple Firebird back on the road at Ypres and Howard Saturday at 6ish!...Very much appreciated! Merry Christmas!!
As I was at work yesterday my husband informed me that our big blue ergonomic snow shovel was stolen from the side of our house. We do have house cameras and I am watching the video so you will be caught whoever you are. Thanks for giving my husband more back problems than he already has!!
To the wonderful staff of Gap at Devonshire mall: you've been very helpful and friendly. Thank you for the experience.
Spotted: to the guy who took his time to snow plow every driveway on Arncliffe Place in Little River and to do a pass on each side on the street so that people could walk, we thank you! You did this 2 times today and we got almost 6 inches of snow so you really helped out...not to mention after that you were waiting outside to help anybody who's car got stuck because our street has not been plowed yet...thanks! You did an amazing thing today and you did it for free! WOW!
