Thank you to Tony and his staff for going above and beyond!

We were expecting a busy day at work on Tuesday so on Monday my boss planned to treat her staff to lunch. We all visited the website and put our orders together for pitas thinking we could have the order delivered. I dropped our order off Monday after work only to find out that this location could not deliver as the company they contract out to was no longer in business. Rather than lose a sale one of the owners, Tony, arranged to have a staff member deliver the order.

When we received the order on Tuesday, I did not notice that I did not get a receipt, which my boss needed. We didn't notice this was missing until Thursday when I phoned Tony and he promised to get me a copy of the receipt by Friday. I also mentioned to him that 3 of the 6 pitas were wrong but we just ate them anyway.

Today at 11:30 am an employee of Pita Pit showed up with this big tray of pitas with the copy of the receipt!!! Thank you to Tony and all his staff at Walker Road for showing us that you are serious about providing great customer service to all your customers! We were so excited when this location opened up on Walker Road, they are a great addition to the area and provide a healthy, fresh option for eating out at lunch time. We will be back!

To the older gentleman whom works out of the tecumseh rd west canadian tire location helping people with parts and service.

I commend you on your awesome work and the respectful manner you upheald while serving your customers.

I showed up to order two hydrolic hoses for the brakes and a guy turned to me when the attendant left and said I been here an hr.

I was like what....
He shook his head and went back to waiting.
I noticed he had some gauze bandage over his hand and he was maybe 40 yrs of age.

It turned out he wanted two tires balanced and put on then changed the order to three tires but when the attendant told him he only had two available the guy got rude.
The attendant found a tire elsewhere and the man demanded it shipped in from the other location but the attendant said he would have to go pick it up.

The attendant gave the man his reciept and warranty and the man stopped to ask what the 10.00 fee was and why so expensive for the tires.......

Now i see why the man says hes been there an hr......he was being a complete moron....then as its not stressful enough for the employee but then to be told hes an idiot and put down and called names is unacceptable behaviour.

So to the canadian tire guy i just wanna say u handled urself very well and i apreciate your knowledge of the parts and your time.
Dont let them jerks who are sociably declined in society to bring you down......
What hit me most was when we talked and you mentioned how you go home to your beautiful wife and shesees your bothered and stressed.....
Dont give up....
All that matters in life is your job, your wife and family and home.
Dont let some ignorant ppl bring you down.....just remember what i said.....ppl who act like that have something wrong with them.

I was having dinner last night ( Thursday October 9) at Koi on Malden road around 7pm. A VERY kind man came in and asked if anyone owned a certain car (it was mine). He witnessed a lady smashing into it and taking off. He took a picture of her license plate. To the man, Alan...thank you so much . Not many would take the time to get involved. You are a sweet soul! To the person who hit me...you kind of suck. Be a decent adult and deal with your mistakes. The license plate of the person who hit me is BEVF 807.

Well me and my boyfriend go out for a shwarma about once a week if not every other week. We always go to the shwarma palace on Ouellete st downtown. And I don't think I'll ever get a shwarma from another place other then shwarma palace. Their customer service there is just absolutely AMAZING!! And not to mention their food is amazing and they hook it up with all the toppings and meat!!!! Love it there !!

I would really like to find the woman who stopped at this accident and stayed with my daughter holding her hand and comforting her and her boyfriend until EMS arrived on scene. Your act of kindness brought comfort to my daughter in a terrifying time and for that I will be forever grateful. It is people like you who prove to my kids that there are still good people and people who care in this world. I cannot thank you enough. There are no words that can express to you how much your kindness meant to both my daughter and I.

I just wanted to let the older couple who own personal service coffee on walker to keep up their amazing work! They are extremely friendly and sweet! I could stay in that store all day and talk to them because they bring so many positive vibes. Thank you for your buisness. Many places could learn from you guys. Ps if anyone doesnt know what personal service coffee is, you must go asap! If you have a keirug machine you will be in heaven.

Ordered some burgers at Wendy's with my daughter. When I went to pay I realized my bank cards were not in my wallet. Called my wife but she was going to take 15 minutes. That's when a gentleman in line walked up to me and gave me the money to pay. If he happens to be reading this I would like to say thank you again. I will be looking to pay this forward.
