Dedicated to the general sights, news and funny happenings in the wonderful city of Windsor
Missing since Aug 6, We want him back home. Very friendly, young neutered male, did he follow you home? Please help us find him, his family misses him!
Midnights staff at Dougall McDonald's would like to spot the two police officers, fire department, Windsor Humane Society, and the family that found a kitten stuck under the hood of a car in the parking lot. We got the kitty out after everyone located it (even a Subway staff member came to the rescue), so we would like to thank everyone for coming together for the little one!!
The food might be good but the service at the penalty box sucks. Bad experience today, even though it was take out.The guy behind the bar actually came out to my truck, to check the bags in my vehicle, because I informed them they forgot to put my fettuccine in the bag, then he went back into the restaurant to order it when he told me it would be another 20mins I asked for my money back, he said he could not give it to me, I told him that my other food was getting cold and I did not want to wait, so then he just threw the money at me and i mean literally threw it. no more penalty box for us!

Please help us find our missing cat since last night. It responds to the name "Siri". Please call 519-300-5874, or 519-965-5484.
If anyone sees this pretty little kitty, please contact me at 519-300-5874 or 519-965-5484. Lost in the California/ Askin/ College Avenue area. Goes by the name Suri. She's a house cat, very friendly but hasn't had any experience outside so she may be frightened.
To the couple that was at the FreshCo tonight on Tecumseh Rd between Howard and Ouellette, thank you for your kind words and for paying for some of my food while I was having an emotional break down from not having enough money. I didn't say anything but I've been going thru a rough couple of months and have been on a leave from work due to depression. Money has been extremely tight from not working and I really am thankful for your compassion.
I was waiting in the OR family waiting room at Met Campus when a man became impatient and when the volunteer was unable to answer his multiple questions about the whereabouts of his family member, he became enraged and started yelling and stormed out. I understand how frustrating it can be not knowing what's going on during a difficult time, but that is NO excuse to attack anybody, especially someone who is there on his free time and trying his best to help you. Also would appreciate it if you stopped huffing and puffing when other people's names are called first. You've been spotted "Doug".
My fiances bicycle was stolen from our apartment complex between the 9th and the 26th of July. It was a birthday gift and it would be much appreciated if anyone could provide any information.
A police report has been submitted, however a stolen bicycle is probably not a priority for the Police.
