Hey delivery guy - That how you get your cute lil car?

I have gotten food from you guys for many years. Today, I've just had an unacceptable experience with your company, and I find it pretty shocking. The food was delivered fine and tasted good. The problem was with the customer service aspect. When we placed our order we stated it would be cash. The delivery guy came with no change. He said that we were his first delivery of the day and had no suggestions on how to rectify the situation. His silence implied that he should just keep it. When he was told that he'd need to get change, he said that'd be fine, but that he had 2 other deliveries to make. We agreed to that and he left with $40 for a $29 order. That was at 5:30 p.m. We waited until after 7p.m. before calling.
When connected to Customer Satisfaction, the clerk apologized and put me on hold to call the store. He came back and said that the driver would return with our $10. It was treated as if that was an acceptable outcome. A delivery person takes advantage of a situation and the solution is to just send him back? He said that he'd be "coached" accordingly. When I stressed the fact that as a person dealing exclusively in transactions you should be prepared. Cashiers make change! The clerk on the phone kept blankly agreeing with "exactly." The complete lack of sincerity was frustrating. I asked directly if that was all that would be done. He stated that yes, all that can be done is that the driver return the change. He proceeded to suggest that it is my responsibility to inform staff when ordering that I'll need change. No. It isn't. There was absolutely no "Customer Satisfaction" had here. Within minutes of ending the call, as expected, the driver returned. As he came up to the door, he stuck his hand out with the $10 and said, "Here." He whipped right around and left. There was no stopping, no eye contact. Most importantly, there was no apology. No recognition of fault. Nothing. While the food is tasty and the prices are good, the disrespect cancels out the bargain. Sarducci's Pizza will happily and respectfully reclaim our business.

Service with a smile

To the female police officer who helped a transport truck driver at the corner of wyandotte and george around 2:45pm

You went out of your way to help the transport driver (she stopped her vehicle and moved construction pylons out of the drivers way so he could get into the narrow lane) all with a smile on your face:)

You were spotted:)

Thank you

Inspiration On Vacation

This last week, my family and I were camping at The Pinery. While on the beach at the Dunes I came across two rocks. One said "Open Your Eyes" and the other one said "Look Up!!" Both were inspiring to me, 1) I opened my eyes and my heart to the beauty that is Lake Huron, the power of Mother Nature as she exhaled and formed the most incredible white caps. 2) I looked up, and stopped looking down in order to open my eyes to the world around me. We should all do that.

It inspired me to find 7 perfect rocks to write on. I brought them home and found some awesome quotes.....so if you are strolling the beaches of Lake Erie, you may find one. The two I found I will leave as well along the beaches of Lake Erie. If you happen to find them, take them, and if you can , take them to Lake Ontario or Superior or Michigan. How cool would it be to see these rocks in all 5 of our amazing Great Lakes? Open your Eyes....you never know what you may find!

Lost Toolbox

Today, Thursday, August 13 between 1:45 and 2 pm on Walker Road between Provincial Road and Somme the top of my son's tool box fell out of the truck that he was driving. When he was flagged down, He Went back to look for it and it was gone. The tools inside the box are needed for work. It is similar to the top of this box. Please share! It's been a rough few days for him and this is icing on the cake.

Get off your phone!

To the woman driving with the license plate RDAISY (not to mention all the support ribbons and bumper stickers about how life is precious)...GET OFF YOUR PHONE! I watched at 8:20 this morning as you flew through the red light at Grand Marais and Curry without even a thought. Maybe your life is not more important than that phone call but mine sure is.
