Dedicated to the general sights, news and funny happenings in the wonderful city of Windsor
To my husband:
Even though you commute every day from Windsor to London, I wake up every morning in the winter to find my car completely cleared of snow and ice! A, sometimes, three plus hour commute in the winter, and you wake up even earlier to make sure we are taken care of! Your hard work and dedication to our family does not go unnoticed! We love you!
From,
A wife of three small kids rushing to get them to school on time with one less thing to worry about!

Last January our father passed away from lung cancer, we had very short notice of him being sick before he was gone. There's one person who was such a blessing to us in that time, a very amazing VON. I want to thank you, for everything you did to make sure our fathers passing was as easy and painless for him as possible. And Thank you for laughing with us, crying with us, giving us a shoulder to cry on and caring for not only our dad but us as well. A year later and its made such a huge impact on us. Thank you, from the bottom of our hearts.
Sincerely 3 very grateful young woman.
Spotted: To the two female Windsor Police Officers that stopped to help me on the service road near Jefferson early this morning...1230 am...when in the slippery conditions due to the snowfall I ended up in the ditch. Thank you for driving me home so I could get my husband to pull me out of the ditch...everything turned out fine. Thank you again!!
A little astonished that I ended up in the ditch.
Spotted : To the older gentleman in the red ford escape: Thank you for backing your car up a few feet so my dog and I could continue our run on the sidewalk and not swerve into the road. It was a small gesture that makes life so much easier.
Signed,
Frozen runner and her gentle giant.
Spotted : My 8 y/ o nephew who turned 8 on nov 27. He's such a sweetheart. Says I don't care about presents on my birthday as long as I get to spend it with my family. Just after I tucked him into bed and it made me cry!
He also told me last night. You can have my piggy bank money to help pay the bills! How thoughtful but no thank you buddy. (Bills are much more than what he has plus I don't want his little money he has saved)
I felt like a very proud Auntie!
Him, his two siblings along with myself also brought some unopened toys from over the year that had not been touched down to the fire department and gave back!! Though not much, the experience meant a lot.
He melts my heart with his kindness and generosity

A Proud Auntie
Just want to vent about it horrible Santa experience at Devonshire today. Free or not an hour and a half wait and then pushed out by the next family after 30 seconds and 4 quick snaps. Didn't even get a chance to try and get my 10 month old to not be scared by Santa! Ridiculous! They definitely didn't longer on the bigger kids talking to Santa and pushed my babies aside like they weren't as important! So sad!

I'd like to give a shoutout to Rainbow Painting. I had a mild mold problem in my basement (in Riverside, surprise, surprise). Mark had come to my house to remove some drywall, and redo small affected areas. Not only do I feel comfortable leaving ANYONE from Rainbow Painting alone in my home (as they are very trustworthy), but Mark had left a note on my kitchen table, saying that I would need to re-putty before I repainted, along with a small tub of putty for me.
So, props goes out to Mark from Rainbow Painting. They are an amazing company with very reliable, great staff and do fantastic work as well.
Signed,
A very impressed and grateful customer

I cannot believe you purchased GTA 5 for your seven year old son despite the employee informting you of it's rating and that it has uncensored nudity and a mission where you have to film people having graphic sex. Your response? "He's a mature 7 year old". Wow..

Shocked and disgusted costumer behind you
