My sister was harrassed by a driver on Bliss going Northbound around 6:45pm Saturday December 19th and he ended up causing damage to her Charger. The driver tried to speed past her at a stop sign and hit her car. He did not stop. She didn't get a good look at the driver but says he was white and in his late 30s to early 40s. We were able to identify he was driving a gold Oldsmobile with debris left behind. The damage will be on the passenger side.
