I would like to recognize a wonderful sales associate, named Sonia, who works at Sears Inc. I shopped at Sears on Friday, December 4th, and had the pleasure of being assisted by Sonia. She was so incredibly helpful and she had such great customer service skills. Sonia was very friendly and she went above and beyond to assist me with my shopping experience.
