Spotted a lady who cleans up little river acres every morning. She picks up all the trash on the sidewalks and road ever single morning. Lack of garbage cans might be part of the cause of garbage build up but people need to be more active in keeping litter off the streets. Throwing it out of your car is not acceptable. We need to set and example for our kids and put trash and recycling where it belongs. Even if it means holding on to it for an extra few mins till you get to a garbage. Kudos to her for picking up others garbage to keep the neighborhoods clean.
