This afternoon my youngest daughter experienced racism for the first time ever. And my heart breaks for her, she's an innocent child and because the colour of her skin the lady felt the need to be rude and ignorant. A CHILD DOES NOT KNOW WHAT RACISM IS!! for a lady to have the balls to do it to my child she's lucky I did not beat the crap out of her but instead I walked away.
The incident: My daughter and I were walking to the dollar store and seen a lady well dressed. Anyone who knows my child knows she's the sweetest, kindest, outgoing child you have ever met she's 4. Well my daughter said hello and asked where she was going( I told her she could say hi) The lady replied " I'm going to church" which my daughter replied very excited "can I come?" The lady looked at her like she was insulted and replied " no! it's for the black community, you can't go your white not black!".
How can anyone be like that to a child? She could of just said no because it's not your church
