Today I took my Grandmother to get a bill fixed for her cellphone. There were many problems that occurred and unfortunately I had to go quite high up to get things resolved on the phone. The entire time we were nothing but catered to by Carline and (I'm sorry I didn't get your name) the manager. They both worked SO hard and went above and beyond to assist us!
