My son is flying to Vancouver today on his first solo flight. While getting his things together we discovered his cell phone was no longer charging. With 2 hours until his flight was to leave we ran up to the Wind store at Tecumseh mall. They were very busy so I was getting a bit frantic while we waited for our turn. Once we got to the desk I explained our situation and Brian very quickly took action. He said he would find a way to get him a phone and did so within a few minutes, ensuring it worked properly and had his contacts in it before we left the store.
