Dedicated to the general sights, news and funny happenings in the wonderful city of Windsor
Tonight at around 8:00pm while driving northbound on Howard Ave, there was an older woman on her hands and knees trying to cross the street while plenty of cars were driving around her and not stopping to help her. Obviously this woman was clearly needing help and not one of you can stop to help get her off the street so she don't get seriously injured or killed!!! What if that was one of your family members? Would you not want someone to help them? There were at least 30people standing around in front of Dairy Delight watching her but not one person moved to help her. What a disgrace. Where are the morals or compassion for other people? My cousin and I had 5 young kids in the car and stopped in the middle of the road to help her get safely across the road, while plenty of onlookers just watched and cars honking at us because we were blocking traffic. How rude can you be?? I understand there is plenty of awful things happening in this city, but to leave someone crawling in the middle of the road is low. My cousin had to ask a guy to call an ambulance for her. :( The lady had thanked us for stopping to help her and we even got a God bless you. I hope to God she's ok because we didn't have a chance to stay with her, and if she happens to read this I hope she knows that there are still some good people willing to help. To all those people who drove by her, and stood there watching... remember, what comes around, goes around and you know what they say about Karma.. she's a b**ch. Praying for the lady, we never did get her name.
