If you've never played Ultimate Frisbee, come out for our free clinic at Lakeshore woods Park (east side of windsor) at 6:30 PM on 5/ 13/ 2015. A great sport to play for all ages and sexes, we offer a Wednesday league for fun spirited play and a Monday night "bring your own team".
