All I have to say is when people are being courteous such as holding a door open for someone the least you could do is acknowledge the gesture by saying thank you. My 18 year old son did just that while exiting the bank for another 20 or so year old male. The guy just walked in saying nothing to acknowledge this kind gesture. When my son says your welcome to him he acts like an immature goon by saying something derogatory to him to which I will not repeat. It's very discouraging to see certain individuals act this way.
