Dedicated to the general sights, news and funny happenings in the wonderful city of Windsor
I was at the Dollarama this afternoon behind an older lady in line. The woman was stocking up on some household supplies as she doesn't drive and only gets out when she can. After making her purchases, she was informed that the carts could not go outside the store. The clerk tried to be nice and offered to help her out to her ride. He was abruptly told that it wasn't allowed for him to go outside or to help this woman. There are many seniors in this area. I think it's ridiculous that those who aren't able to carry more than a bag or two have no option on getting their purchases to their car. Maybe they should consider allowing their employees to service their customers and give them a hand when they need to.
