Our neighbours in the 1200 block of Tilston let their dog out every morning between 3 and 5 am. Then they let it bark for 20 minutes to come back in. I wanted you to know, neighbour, that this wakes up my dogs, causing them to bark and wake up our family. In the middle of the night. Regularly.
