After frantically calling around to every tailor from Windsor to Lakeshore, I was told it would take about 2 weeks to get a zipper replaced in my winter jacket. Might I add this is the only winter jacket I have that currently fits me (I'm pregnant). After a quick call to IXL Cleaners Limited on Tecumseh Rd E and Moy (Windsor) they told me that even though they are swamped they would try their best to get it done before Monday. I received a call less than 24 hours later saying that my jacket was ready for pick up. Not only did they go above and beyond to fix it fast, they also repaired a small tear without me even asking, or charging me for it.
