This beautiful critter was found on Monday Nov. 3/ 14 on Manning Road and Baseline by my friend. HS and ALL Animals Services were informed and no one has come forward. We are hoping that a neighbour or family relative of the owner comes forward so we can solve this issue. We have exhausted all avenue and are now reaching out to the public.
