This morning at the medical lab in the Ziter building on Howard, the waiting room was packed full of people waiting for tests. A gentleman entered the room and was clearly suffering and having issues moving around. He went to the window to check in and let the receptionist know he was suffering. He was told he'd have to wait. You could tell by others faces that they were annoyed by his complaints and they too had been waiting for long. Finally, a lovely woman stepped up and traded her spot with this sick man. She was so humble. She ended up waiting an extra 40 min for her kind act! There should be more people like this lady in our city.
