To the lady who was yelling either at the Fido employee or the other customer at the Devonshire Mall kiosk at 3:30ish, December 20th;

I'm not entirely sure what the issue was, but I'm sure it wasn't necessary to raise your voice and scream ugly words at either individual. It's Christmas time, and you shouldn't get so caught up in your purchases that you forget your manners and that people are people with feelings. I hope you learn to treat others in a more respected manner during the rest of the holidays.
