Big Thanks to Lynn @ Dr. Lenna Morgan's Office

The other day I had an appointment with our pediatrician for my three small children. I went to the appointment by myself, thinking I could handle all three of them by myself. They are 3 (with autism), 2, and 4 months.

I loaded our strolled with the diaper bag, my purse, car seat, and sleeping baby. I pushed that with one hand and held hands with the bigger two boys with my other hand. It was slow crossing the parking lot but we made it. We got in to the lobby of the building and - nightmare - the elevator was broken.

I called upstairs to Dr. Morgan's office to advise them that we were in the building early but would be late for our appointment because I had to find a way to bring all three young kids and all of our stuff up the stairs, while somehow not leaving anyone unattended at any given time.

Lynn was very understanding and insisted on coming downstairs to give me a hand. She asked the main floor pharmacy staff to stash my stroller, and then carried my two year old and held hands with my three year old to walk up the stairs, while I carried the baby in his car seat, the diaper bag and my purse - all the way up the stairs, down the hall, and in to the office.

When our appointment was over, Lynn again helped me round up the boys, and brought us back to the elevator, which had been fixed. She got in with us anyway, and stayed with me, providing help until we located our stroller and got the baby settled in. She made sure I would be okay to make it back to the car before she went back upstairs.

I'm not sure how I would have been able to do that without Lynn's help, and I'm so thankful to her for going above and beyond her job description to help me out. Dr. Morgan is lucky to have such a great team. Thank you again Lynn - your kindness has been spotted! :)
