I have spoken to owner and BINGO is a Feral Cat but Julie L Mailloux took him in when he was left at a Bingo Hall. Hence the name of this little guy, BINGO has neurology problems does NOT walk steady and many other issues going on. Julie decided to make him her baby but he got out and she's afraid for his life.
