I was at the after hours clinic on Howard last night with my 2 year old. He was in a lot of pain from an ear infection and was crying. The receptionist called a young lady in and she gave up her spot to let us go ahead of her. I believe you said your name was Rachelle, sorry if I'm mistaken.
