On Sunday I was out running early morning, as I came to the paths on Riverside drive I spotted an older gentleman pulling a cart, wearing blue gloves- he was out picking up trash, cleaning up the area. I noticed the box he was putting the garbage in said "adopt a street"... I stopped to tell him I appreciate what he's doing. You sir, have been spotted, thank you!
