I've always been very prideful about my stance on how I viewed the human race for their ability to ignore those who they didn't know or were not close to because of many reasons. Be it lack of time in one's day for concern or the fear of the unknown which maybe the news is very good at making people feel like their good actions towards others may only be rewarded with heartache. But tonight someone of which I never did get their name had taken 45mins of their night, not really knowing who I was, while on a date with their girlfriend/ wife(?0, just to return my wallet which had dropped out of the car. This person didn't take any reward that I offered but only my praise and gratitude. Grand respect and thanks goes out to this gentleman for not only returning my wallet but for also renewing my faith that there are still people who through their selfless acts make this world that much more wonderful to live in.
