Yesterday around 9:30am my little sister and dog were crossing Arthur road when a black mustang with a beige soft top convertible roof came speeding around the corner and just missed hitting my 7 year old sister. In results the driver ended up hitting my dog and he died instantly. Instead of stopping to see if my sister was okay or apologize to the family of 7 that were out on the road crying over the loss of a family pet the car sped up and turned the corner so it was out of sight. If anyone knows anyone who drives this kind of car in central windsor area please let me know. Or if you are the driver of this vehicle I hope you feel guilty. A simple sorry would of been sufficient. What if you had hit the little girl? What would you have done then? I say it was a cowardly move on your part. Rest in peace Apollo
