Would you pay rent to live in a building that has to put up with this? It's been building up for the past month and the owner/ manager doesn't seem to be bothered by it. Of course, they don't have to live here. Apparently, the city was contacted a couple weeks ago yet nothing has been done about it. Maybe a little publicity on the issue will get some results. It's ridiculous!
