Heading to the passport office with 2 children. No easy task. Parked on Ouellette at the meter. Noticed the car in front of me had no time. So I put in the remainder of my change (only 10 minutes) but figured that might help. Applied for passports. Went to the subway on Dougall (beside the drive test center) 3/ $18 any footlongs. Great deal. Due to having 2 kids with me, I let the gentleman in front of me go ahead. While finishing my order and getting to the cash register, that gentleman left $12 towards my bill!!
