Spotted: two stupid guys texting/ taking selfies while driving on Huron church towards the bridge. Licence plate BTE 964 black BMW SUV.
Just want you to know I've reported your plates and information to the police.
Swerving all over and almost hit us 2 times. Selfies ? Really? Hope you get caught
