While visiting a relative at the ouellette campus, we had difficulty using the machine to pay for the parking garage with a credit card. Without even asking for help, a nurse passing by stopped to assist us. When she couldn't figure out the machine either, she reached into her wallet and paid for our parking with her own money despite my protest. How kind! Thank you!
