Yesterday morning I was leaving for work when the heavy-duty spring in my garage door opener snapped. With my car trapped inside the garage, there was no way I could get out. After trying for about 20 minutes to get the door up, I called Dor-Co Garage Doors. I said I needed service on my garage door and Moe, the lady who took my call, asked if Monday was okay. I explained my situation and she said that she'd fit me in sometime before 3 pm. I knew that was my best option so I agreed. A few minutes later, Moe called back and said she could have a technician there in 25 minutes. As promised, Jason from Dor-Co arrived shortly. He was professional and polite and replaced the springs (I wasn't taking any chances, so I replaced both) and I was on my way to work.
