Yesterday Wednesday June 4, 2014 I was having a heck of a day, I got to Freeds far past the closing time to pick up my pants (which I needed for a meeting the following day). Mr. Freeds himself, pulled over, rolled down his car window and said are you picking something up? I replied yes and said it's ok, I can see your closed . Mr. Freeds got out of his vehicle along with another associate (In the rain I might add) and got my pants. I was so grateful! Thank you so much for your pride of business and your old school business ethics. I have, and will continue to promote Freeds, not only for the excellent quality of clothing but also for the superb customer service that was provided.
