A close friend of mine was rollerblading to work this morning because his van died. He was struck by a white intrepid or impala at Rossini and Somme at 820am license plate has the number 7 in it. This is all he can remember since he was knocked down unconscious. He has some bad injuries and just started a new job. The person that hit him drove off. My friend has a concussion from this and is in a neck brace. He is 27 years old with a family of very young children. We need to find this person.
