A friend of mine was on his way to work this morning at 8:20am on his Rollerblades because his van died and was hit by a white impala. License plate has a 7 in it. That's all he was able to remember because he was knocked out unconscious from the impact. The driver drove off. This happened at Rossini and Somme. The person who drove off needs to be found. He has a very young family to provide for and just started a new job. A police report has been made and he was brought to the hospital has a concussion and badly scrapped face and is in neck brace. Please help!
