My husband and I went threw the burger king drive threw Friday night at McDougall and Tecumseh (May 16th) and ordered food. My husband recieved a stamp card that allowed him a free burger after so many stamps. As he handed the card to the cashier she said they no longer except these cards. My husband explained how he just recieved the card and it said nothing on the card about an expire date. She went and got her manager and she gave my husband back the card with 2 stamps. My husband then told the manager why would they pass out the card two days ago and give him a stamp the day before if the card wasnt any good. The manager snarl at him and quote " I really dont care" with a very bad attitude for a store manager. This is the second time we have had a problem with this location and bad customer service.
Your bad attitude cost you customers and cost you a bad spotting.
Next time try solving a customer problem with a better attitude, if you dont like your job i'm sure there are plenty others who would.
