The WEFL is committed to promoting a positive environment to play, teach and learn the fundamentals of football. Success for our young people will be defined as the self-satisfaction in knowing they have done their best (be the best you can be).
Our goal is to maximize our program to teach and improve player and coaching skills using our house league as a teaching ground for football.
We train volunteers, coaches, assistants and others that are committed to the WEFL’s mission. We will ensure player enhancement of the fundamentals, teamwork, sportsmanship, and fair play of football. We will ensure that every player receives the opportunity to maximize his or hers individual potential through fair and equitable treatment.
