Help, how are the roads

I haven't spotted anything. I am hoping all of you can help. I need to travel from Belle River (Hwy 22) to Riverside Dr. W. past bridge, then out to Amherstburg with a stop in between.. How are the roads so far? I already heard of a few accidents. Any help is appreciated.
Thanks from a grandmother who wants to visit grandkids today.
