I came into the store to exchange a pair of boots that had developed a problem within the first two weeks of purchasing. I was so pleasantly surprised to find you genuinely helpful and so kind! You didn't even bat an eye when I said I wanted a new pair of boots, and you smiled even though your till was being finicky.
