Can someone with a plow clean the alley between Moy and Lincoln, towards Tecumseh road, near the train tracks? The city refuses to do it, claiming it is the responsibility of the residents, and the resisdents are morons that shovel and snowblow the snow from their parking lots and driveways back into the alley.
