To the blonde woman in sunglasses who walked out in front of me on Partington while I was driving - I have never been so close to hitting someone in my entire life - you walked out in front of my Jeep without a care in the world and I was one inch from hitting you. You saw me and shot me the finger as I honked at you. I saw the house you walked up to - the one with the RV in the driveway. I cannot believe the complete and utter ignorance and the complete disregard for both our safety. I am still shaking. I have had nothing but problems on this street and I'm sick of it. Had I hit you, it would have been my fault. I hope I never see you in this area again because if I do, you won't enjoy the encounter.
