Every day I walk my dog, and everyday we are dodging bicycles being ridden on the sidewalks. I know that the road seems like a dangerous place to some cyclists, they should probably quit cycling. Today, my dog and I were almost hit by a cell phone using cyclist riding on the sidewalk on Ottawa Street. The law states that bicycles should be ridden on the road, do it please. There are bike lanes. Some of us would like to walk along sidewalks without being hit by an inconsiderate, not paying attention, distracted cyclist.

Spotted on the Dominion 5 headed from St Clair College. If you are a perfectly able bodied young student it is common courtesy that you STAND UP on the bus when someone needs your spot. A mom got on carrying a newborn and not one student sitting in the priority seating section offered to stand up so this woman could sit down with her baby. If I had noticed earlier I would have said something but I was farther back and it wasn't pointed out to me until it was too late. I approached the woman afterwards to apologize on behalf of my fellow students but seriously ?!?!!! That should never have happened. Please be respectful when on the bus.

I owned this Christmas train (picture posted) for many years. It's a limited edition Christmas Marklin train. I had to move in with extended family for the months of September and October 2017 before I could move into a new house. I have reason to believe a member of my family sold it. If there is anyone who has purchased this train or knows about this, it has been stolen and sold to you and is a greatly treasured family item. Please contact me and I will arrange to get your money back that you paid. It needs to come back to our family. Also another way you would know that it's my train is that inside the middle blue car there are a few tiny halo toy figures that I kept there as memory of my brother. What is with the horrible noise at Howard and Ellis area that has been going on for 4 days straight? Who is making it? How do I get it to stop?

To the two young girls that were in a store at the outlet mall on Tuesday November 21. Shame on you!!! I'll remember who you are! Karma goes in a circle and it will come back to you!! I hope you enjoy your new boots that you wanted to "think about". Theives are out retailers, keep your eyes open!!! I'll be keeping my eyes open for these girls!!!

Today on my normal morning commute to the U. I was on Curry ave (I stay away from main streets to not get in the way of cars). I had a van pass me with 10 inches to spare on curry ave, he made a left eventually on GrandMaris. I had never been scared for my life before like when this guy passed me. At that point I started peddling hard and caught up with him on the light. I approached his window and asked him "I would appreciate it if you would give me space next time you pass me", he proceeded with "well you shouldn't be riding on the road, you should be on the side walk". The incident was reported to Windsor Police. Stay away from this lunatic, it is a grey (I think) Dodge minivan or grand caravan, not sure.

Our dog woke us up and I looked out the window and watched my new bike riding away. When will this end? this entitlement and desire to just take from people? When will you wake up and realize that you are violating people Who worked their entire lives to pay for the things they have.
I just retired from 35 years in the Canadian Forces. I was just starting to get back into cycling. It is something I have loved my whole life and now you've taken my hard earned reward and for what? to make $50 so you can buy drugs or cigarettes? There has to be a better way. Do me a favour and don't thank a soldier next time you see one in uniform, just hang your head and keep walking (riding) by because you just negated your appreciation for your freedom and violated the very person who protected you and your family. Be a man and return my bike, shame on you.

To the self involved individual who thought blocking everyone was a good idea you were wrong. You are a thoughtless, self obsessed person and you demonstrated much of what is wrong with people. Your uncaring comments when you finally came out to your truck prove how little you cared about how much you inconvenienced others. We had jobs to get back to and kids to pick up. You are a mindless person with little hope of learning from this. I am posting this in hopes that others will learn from your mistakes.
