This weekend is the Dynomite Exhibit at Devonshire Mall. There are animatronic dinosaurs placed throughout the mall behind ropes.
I just want to say shame on the multitude of parents who let their children run rampant and destroy the exhibits. It was disgusting to see so many "parents" giggling and filming while their demon spawn pulled out plants, climbed on the dinosaurs and flung around pieces of the exhibit. Have some class and teach your children manners. I'm glad I went and got security. Unfortunately there were only two and they had their hands full at the exhibits all night trying to stop people from being morons. Kudos to those security guys, they were awesome.

Around 5:00pm today (3/ 8/ 19) I was driving down McNorton on my way to a work meeting. I saw a large dog run onto the road from one of the side streets. The car in front of me hit it with such force the poor thing flew into the air & crashed back onto the road. I slammed on the brakes, already feeling in shock. The driver kept driving. I wasn't sure what to do. Stay or chase down the driver. I stayed, blocking traffic & got out. People honked. I didn't care.The dog limped back over to my side of the street. He/ she was crying/ howling. He/ she made it to the grass & layed down. I honestly didn't know what to do. 2 young girls came running & fell to the grass holding the dog & crying. A guy had his cell phone out filming the whole thing. I honestly didn't know what to do. I heard someone say they were going to call 911. Would they come for a dog? I don't know. Finally a blonde lady who had been driving from the other direction took charge & asked the girls if they wanted her to bring the dog to the vet. I moved my car & went on to my meeting, crying all the way. I've never witnessed anything more heartbreaking. For the person driving, I know it was an accident, but how could you keep driving like nothing had even happened. I can't stop thinking about it. Does anyone know what happened to the dog? Did the lady bring him to the vet? Did he make it?

Today as my 4 yr old sons bus was approaching the bus stop I was crossing the street (corner of divine st and superior st in lasalle) to get to the bus. The bus fully stopped, lights flashing, and arm out at this point. A black car with a Male driver who decided it would be a wonderful idea to blast through and tear around the corner (going towards front rd) came within 2 feet of hitting me! I yelled at him and raised my hands to get his attention. He pointedly avoided eye contact and kept going like it was nothing.This is not the first time this happened 2 weeks ago a red minivan did this too. I am far from impressed!
I'm just so glad that the kids were not yet crossing the street while these cars decided to do this.
People, please be more mindful! This should not be happening. When lights are flashing on a bus it's for a reason, not for decoration. How would you feel if it was your child that came within feet of being struck by a reckless driver not giving 2 craps if they were crossing to get home?
On a good note! I want to thank my childs bus driver and the bus monitors (older kids from the school) for keeping a watchful eye and not letting the kids off the bus until they see it is totally safe for them to go.
Please drivers.....keep your eyes peeled for kids while driving, especially between the times of 3 and 4!

Yesterday at 3:50 PM, merging onto Huron Church from the Parkway. A chunk of ice fell off the transport in front of us and hit the windshield. Please. Please remember to clean off your vehicles thoroughly as this could have easily been much worse! PS- if anyone saw this reach out!

The guy at the McDonald's drive thru at Louzon and tecumseh at 12am Saturday morning. why would you get out of your vehicle to try to start a fight , with another vehicle??? Be a big boy and either move on ..... don't be childish and idiot to try and attack at a drive thru..... and yes I got the make model and license plate of your vehicle.... cause funny thing....when you get childish ppl who are smarter take pics and video.... so now the police know who you are .... soo YOU HAVE BEEN SPOTTED .....

For the last year-ish people having been dumping their garbage on these streets by Cataraqui and Its frustrating. Every time we've contacted the city they've done nothing about it. Whoever is doing this you should be ashamed of yourselves!! No one wants to be living in an area filled with garbage. As for getting rid of this stuff all the time, I do not have a vehicle big enough to move it. Suggestions as to who to contact or what to do about this ? Hoping maybe this will catch the city's attention and they'll be more active about taking care of the city streets...

I assisted a hurt elderly lady outside Tim Horton Tecumseh rd West today a 2pm very bad head injury. Wondering if anyone knows of incident and how she is.
