Yesterday Oct 3, as my boyfriend and I were leaving Canadian Tire we noticed a man pushing his truck into the parking lot by himself. It must have been broken down and the people driving behind him must have been in a real hurry because no one was showing any patience.
I'm spotting the two guys, one being my boyfriend, who were leaving the parking lot. With no hesitations they got out of their vehicles and helped this guy push his truck into a parking space and out of the way of traffic. Kudos to them for going out of their way to help!
I lost my wallet oct 3 rd on the td bank on lauzon road after 830pm. Someone found it and brought to the police station. Would love to thank this person who found it and even left the money that was in it. Feeling grateful
This morning I went to the RBC on dougall and was helped by the Client Care Manager (I think that's what she was called!) I wish I would have read her name tag. I was so impressed with the way she handled the issues I had with my banking. I always hate going to the bank but she honestly made paying my bill a semi-enjoyable experience. She definitely deserves to be recognized! She even made me laugh a few times on this gloomy day. So, awesome RBC woman, you have been spotted! I hope you see this and it makes your day just as your patience with me and humour made mine!
Over the past month, ABC Exchange Pawnbrokers held a contest to see who could "like" and "share" the chance to win a PS3 Game System from there store the most in one month.
Being curious to see more about the store. I checked out their site as well as went into they're establishment to look around.( Before doing this I obviously entered the draw by hiting like and share.... ) Upon entering the store I met some great individuals who were friendly and I soon found out, were all related as well. What a beautiful family !!! My daughter Nalena and I had fun looking around and chatting with them while joking about how I was determined to win the Game System... Sure enough, just by chance and remembering to like and share their site daily... WE WON !!!
So, I'd like to say "Thank you" to the family ... You have a great business going and deserve much credit for how you interact and treat your customers ! Wish you all the best In The future of your family business !!!
Thanks for the PS3 and whomever may be reading this.... Check This Place Out!

It's taken me a awhile to write this as I've suffered emotional and physical trauma. I was a driver involved in a pretty serious car accident on hwy 3 on Sunday. My family and I were returning home from a fun day at Colasanti's when I was blindsided by another driver who crossed the intersection without stopping. I just wanted to thank every single person who stopped, got out of their cars and made sure we were all ok. Thank you for trying to keep me calm, for reassuring that my family was safe. I was hurt pretty badly where I couldn't even hold my own children (4 yrs and 10 months). Thank you to the 2 women who held my baby when my husband and I couldn't. Thank you to the officers for distracting my 4 year old son. It's reassuring to know that there are strangers out there who really care. The power of a community was witnessed on Sunday. Thank you. Thank you for everything.
I would like to personally thank the garbage guys that take our over flowing and loose garbage that is against the by-law. All of us in our building are grateful you continually do this even though management of our building is incompetent, leaving us fending for ourselves instead of hiring someone to do it properly and regularly! You have been going above and beyond!! Thanks for keeping us from living in a dump!!
Tonight while driving down oulette my boyfriend and I noticed a man sitting against a building with his dog looking for money to buy his dog food. At first we were skeptical but noticed that the dog was in good health. We stopped at the nearest convenience store and bought him a small bag of dog food and treats. After giving him the food and treats he thanked us and told us about how he found this puppy when he was 6 weeks old in the rain abandoned and how he was about to end his life but this dog saved him. He named him lucky. For someone in his situation he put his dogs health before his own making sure he's fed and up to date on vaccines. A few months ago my debit card wasn't working and the lady at burger King paid for my meal, smiled at me and told me to just pay it forward. I wasn't sure how I was going to do that but tonight I figured it out. One small gesture can mean a lot to one person.
