To the women at Tim Horton's

To the old women at Tim hortons at walker and Wyandotte today in the blue focus that decided to order $65 dollar order in the drive thru and make 15 other people wait in line behind you when the drive thru attendants attended your ridiculous order . You have been spotted . That was inconsiderate to 15 other people and you wasted 45 minutes of their lives that they will never get back . Why wouldn't you just go inside of that Tim Hortons and save everyone the trouble so that you could wait for your order inside like everyone else who has an order over 15 items. It's a general consideration for others . The drive-thru is intended to be a quicker version not to get stuck in because you decided to not get out of your car for one day . Unbelievable, but typical Windsor behaviour.

Windsor Has Lots Of ❤️ ❤️ ❤️

This was spotted in South Windsor.
What a neat way to spread some love in a simple way.
❤️
Maybe Windsor/ Essex could host a friendly competition. And spread more love around the city in shape of hearts for the season.

Compassionate Young Men

On New Year's Eve my husband and I were on our way home from the movies. My husband stopped at the Tim Horton's on Howard near Grand Marais to get a coffee and donut. I stayed in the car. Shortly after he exited our vehicle he took a tumble in the parking lot and this young gentleman knocked on my window to tell me my husband had fallen. When I got out of the car and walked towards the store I saw my husband laying on the ground with blood pouring from his head and immediately these three young gentlemen took over, they helped him inside and while I was trying to stop the bleeding they called for an ambulance. While waiting, I thanked them so much, offered to buy them something to eat or give them money and they refused politely. They stayed with us until the ambulance left to take my husband to the hospital. I thanked them but that just doesn't seem enough. These young men were so compassionate and caring. It is obvious to me they have been raised well. Their parents should be very proud of the young men they raised. To the 3 young gentlemen, you have been spotted! Thank you seems so inadequate but THANK YOU!
To the employees at Tim Horton's that evening you have been spotted for your lack of compassion. When asked for help you responded with Sorry we have a lot of cars in the drive through and only 2 of us are here with no manager . Shame on you! Shame on you!

Thank you!!!

I just wanted to give all the retail workers a huge shout out. You’re all working so diligently and with smiles instead of at home with your families. You're so truely appreciated, especially by those who may not have or be in contact with our families and need to occupy ourselves otherwise. So to East end Canadian Tire & East end Home Depot and every other retail worker. THANK YOU!! MERRY CHRISTMAS

TMC Clinic - Christmas Eve

A huge thank you to the man and his teenage son for letting my sick little boy in the camo pajamas cut in front of them at the TMC clinic on Monday morning. I was dreading the long wait behind at least 20 people with a feverish 7 yr old and carrying a bowl just in case he threw up. Your kindness brought me to tears and I cannot sincerely thank you enough.

great people in this city

There were a few guys and my self from my work at GFL enviromantal that were at food basic in the west end on Saturday. As we were collecting canned food with money that other co workers donated for the windsor youth center. We had a young couple ask what we were doing and we told them, they then bought 2 cases of mr noodles and 3 bags of surger for us to give to the WYC. Just want to say thank you very much.

A dinner paid by Tom Meehan

My friends an I were out for dinner at Swiss Chalet and sitting right beside us was Crown Attorney Tom Meehan (he's been in The Windsor Star). We decided to have a chat with him since he was dressed up in a suit and tie. While we were chatting with him and he finished his dinner, he said he had to go and use the washroom.

Our server Melanie came back to our table and we asked for the bill as our chocolates were delivered before the bill. She than said that he paid for all of our dinners and we had no bill. She also mentioned that he didn't go to the bathroom but went to go to the server to pay for our bill and his as well.

To Tom Meehan, you have been spotted! Have a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year! Also, thank you very much for paying for our dinner. It was such a kind gesture.

From the three musketeers who were out for their Christmas Dinner! :)

Thank you to man at Metro at Tecumseh Rd. and Central

Thanks so much to the man behind my husband and I in the checkout line at Metro Grocery Store at Tecumseh Rd. and Central today. We just left the gym and only had a certain amount of money on us. Due to shopping for Christmas, we put extra items in our cart. Unfortunately, we bought more than we had money to pay (we left our debit cards at home). We offered to put a few things back but the man next in line gave the cashier the extra $5 we needed to make our full purchase. Thank you very much for doing that and a very Merry Christmas to you!
