Does anyone know if there are still piles of rail road ties laying around anywhere near the train tracks that were removed? I saw that the ones at Provincial and Walker are gone now and was wondering if they were gone everywhere.

I took my car to McDonald Muffler on Wednesday of last week. It needed some exhaust work, and a few other things repaired. I want to thank Anthony, Dee, Tyler and all of the other employees for being great. Although my car needed some more attention yesterday, I was happy to bring it in. Not only is the staff proffesional, they are friendly and fun. I have been dealing with McDonald Muffler for a long time, and will continue to do so. Their attention to detail and excellent service are above and beyond. Anyone that needs auto repairs should give them a call. PS GO WINGS!!!!

Very large shout out to the service team at performance ford for their exceptional service. Brian Plumers and Pat McFarlane took the time to listen to my concerns. They were professional, empathetic and above all I felt like a person not a number. They were able to turn what could have been a very bad situation into a positive one and made a customer for life out of me and the people I talk to, In a day and age when its all to easy for a company to say no, these individuals found a way to say yes.

To one of the nurses at the Urgent Care clinic in Tecumseh. I think her name is Nicki (she has long dark hair and a turtle named Franklin!). When I took my daughter there yesterday, Nicki was so sweet with her, complimenting her pajamas and generally putting her at ease. On the way home my daughter said she wished she could see her every day. Today, we had to go back and Nicki was there again. My little girl was thrilled to see her, and again, she was very sweet and kind to her. On the way out, she gave her a whole bag of suckers, which my daughter thought was the most amazing thing ever! On the way home, she talked about how kind the nurse was and how she wished she could be her sister! So to that nurse - thank you! You really made a difference to a little girl's day and made her experience a very positive one.

I was traveling down Bruce Avenue in around 4 o'clock on Wednesday afternoon when I spotted two officers stopped a little girl must of been like three years old and they were chatting with her it's nice to see that the officers have time to take time out to talk to our little ones it sure did put a smile on my face
