Dedicated to the general sights, news and funny happenings in the wonderful city of Windsor
Spotted: On the 1C heading east every morning when a certain person is on the bus takes a detour down a small road at Zehrs and goes completely out of the way for 1, maybe 2 at the most people. It's a nice gesture and all but what about the poor souls who miss their bus just because of the detour and have to stand outside for nearly 15 minutes in the cold to wait for the next one.
from a concerned person, watching others freeze.

To the Technician at Sobeys Pharmacy in Tecumseh Mall, thank you for always being cheerful when we come to get our prescriptions filled, you always have a smile on you're face every time we see you. I have been very sick lately and really enjoy you're presence it seems even when you're really busy you always find the time to ask how we are doing and again always have that beautiful smile on you're face! Sincerely the family you see almost each week! You have been spotted 😃
To my wonderful boss lady who comes back to work late at night on her day off to drive me home in this bone chilling weather. Who actually cares about her employees and treats us all equal, you have been spotted!
Signed, a very grateful employee :)
To the wonderful police officer that didn't go the correct speed limit and decided to cut me off without signaling a lane change last night while trying to get to work driving down Tecumseh Rd going east, thanks I really appreciate it!! Officers still have to use their signals and obey the rules of the road too ya know!!
To an acquaintance of mine who has helped people in need at Christmas for many years. This year she was looking for a teenager to help and after searching kijiji and other ads for a single parent with a teen, realized she had someone right in her own back yard. Thank you so much for your generosity, kind spirit and thoughtfulness, you are an angel! My son will be well taken care of this year! Signed a grateful friend.
I saw this on a friends face book... a man with a big heart trying to help his buddy get home to his dying mom before Christmas
I really feel shitty right now as, one of our, friends, from Bridgeview is desperately in need of a plane ticket to get home he says his mom is dying and can't afford a ticket. what can we do? I'm feeling anxious and sad for a friend

All it takes is a SIMPLE act, to warm a heart!& lt;3 To the lady i was walking by, as i entered the WalMart on Dougall...taking charge and offering another lady, who was attempting to push a cart AND a wheelchair to her car. She very quickly took initiative, "Do you need a hand?"and without waiting for the struggling patrons response, grabbed the cart and said "No worries, i will follow you to your car and help you out". I barely caught the whole incident, but as i absorbed what i had just witnessed...it warms my heart to see such acts of kindness in our city!
