To the group of Kennedy students at their lunch time today crossing the road and throwing your food wrappers on the street and the rest of the group laughing about it...you should be ashamed of yourselves, you've been spotted!!
Spotted : To the nurse at Windsor Family Health Team that did not overreact when I was having a panic attack in the office and helped calm me down without judgement, bless you. Thank you for being so supportive.

Spotted : To the girl who answered my looking for work ad on kijiji with a possible opportunity a few weeks ago, she was just being helpful and kind and gave me some info on a place I knew of but had forgotten completely about.
