Want to send a shout out to the many professional football players from the CFL and the NFL and Windsor's finest football academy for dedicating their time and energy to give back to their/ our community. Thank-you Daryl Townsend and Tyrone Crawford for making it all possible. My son was so happy and had the biggest smile on his face the entire weekend. Definitely a positive experience!! I especially want to thank Luke Wilson for telling my son that he needs to listen to his parents. I, myself have been trying to tell him this, however, I believe hearing it from you will make all the difference. He might get it now!!!! Thank-you to ALL of you for being the inspiration that our youth needs!! You've ALL been spotted!!!!!

On Saturday April 5th myself, my fiancé and my 4 year old daughter went to the Lone Star Texas Grill. What an experience we had! The wait was about 60 minutes as it was the weekend & dinner time, It's to be expected.
When we walked in the front wait room was packed so we stood by the counter. I have to say I'm beyond impressed with EVERYONE who works there. From the ladies & men at the door, the counter and all the servers. First my daughter got an awesome sticker with her very own cowgirl name, which she loved ! Then they noticed she was getting a bit antsy lol as we had stood there for 15 minutes. They offered and went and got her a cool dough ball to play with. Man did that ever make her day !! She was absolutely thrilled (and played with that the rest of the wait - and all night hahah) Not only does it stop there. They then noticed I was pregnant and offered to go get me a seat to sit down while waiting. I thanked them but my fiancé had just snagged us a seat. As we're waiting for our pager to go off out comes the servers with chips and salsa for everyone !!! I mean really, what restaurant does this.
Shorty after we were brought to our table and had a wonderful waitress too. My daughter loved her and even wanted to give her a hug. We had the fajitas and they were delicious. This is by far my favourite restaurant I've been to in a long time. I would highly recommend it to anyone I could. So glad this restaurant opened in windsor.
To all the staff that was working on the 5th around 5pm-7pm..... YOUR ALL SPOTTED ! Thanks for being so thoughtful, kind and most of all happy :) ! I can't wait to go back and try new things.

Tonight we went for dinner at Lone Star Texas Grill. The place is great and the food was awesome. But the best part of the whole night was our server Sonic!! She was amazing!! Upbeat, friendly and really made us feel special. My son was especially thrilled when he found out that her name was Sonic since he is slightly obsessed with Sonic the Hedgehog. When we told her about this, she gave him extra attention and even told him that he could be her sidekick Tails. It just completely made his night. When we were leaving, we were almost out the door when she stopped us so that she could give him a sticker badge with his new cowboy name "Tails". So he could always be her sidekick. He was so excited. Thank you so much Sonic for the great night!! We will definitely be back!!

I want to thank the gentleman who found my purse outside Zehrs on Parkway in a shopping cart and brought it into customer service. Phone, money, credit cards,cash, everything was in there. It was returned to me with everything intact. Thank you so much, what could have been a nightmare has instead shown me that good people exist.

Just got home from the Windsor Express game at the WFCU Center. What a great game, even though Windsor lost. The Citizens of Windsor really need to get out and support this team. The attendance needs to be better
